Channel Catfish: None reported. One report of fish biting on shad sides. Fishing night crawlers at the mouths of creeks ought to be productive as recent rains are bringing the worms up in abundance. Crappie: Slow to fair. Small crappie are reported in 10-15 feet of water feeding at the three to four foot level. Small live minnows and 1/32 oz. jigs or curl tails have been productive. Flathead Catfish: None reported. Try goldfish at night at the upper end of the lake. Bluegill Sunfish: None reported. Not normally caught during winter and early spring. Green Sunfish: None reported. Same comment as for bluegill sunfish. Common Carp: None reported. Not usually caught during winter and early spring. White Amur: None reported. Same comment as for common carp.
