Level: Report By: Fisherman's Corner Water Temp 83deg Date: 08/16/10 WHITE BASS GOOD The white bass are schooling around the main part of the lake. These fish are scattered and can be caught in the brush or in the open water. These fish can be caught on slab and doll fly combinations, double doll flies or by trolling crank baits. White and green have been good colors. WALLEYE FAIR The Walleye seem to have moved up shallow again. A lot of the walleye have been caught around the white bass. Night crawlers and minnows are working for bait along with trolled crank baits and live bait spinners. CATFISH Very Good The catfish fishing on the lake is very good now. There are a lot of nice cat fish being caught. The best way to catch these fish on the lake is to drift shrimp, night crawlers or toads in twenty to thirty feet of water. There also have been a lot of catfish caught in the stilling basin. CRAPPIE SLOW No report LAKE INFO. The lake at this time is full pool with a good outflow.
