Above Sailboat Bridge: Muddy
Sailboat Bridge to Horse Creek: Stained
Horsecreek to the Dam: Lightly Stained to Clear

Bass- The water is on the rise again, and the bass are loving it! Bass are moving into the willows and bushes and the flippen bit is hot! The 7" Berkley Gulp minnow worm, Eakins flippen jig, Lake Fork creature are top performers. The boat dock brush continues to provide quality fish. The topwater bit is getting better every day, and the Hart Ticker buzz in black is out performing the rest. Spinnerbaits have heated up with all the wood and bushes in the water.

Crappie- Crappie are biting well on the boat docks and the bridge piers. Grandpa's jigs in chartreuses, whites, or pinks still seem to be the favorite colors and jig of choice. The Berkley Crappie Nibbles in chartreuse and chartreuse sparkle is still being used with the minnows and jigs both. Brush piles in the 8 to 12 ft. ranges are producing the best.

Catfish- Catfish continue to be caught in the rocks and along the bluffs. Nightcrawlers and shrimp are the best baits right now. The noodlers are pulling a lot of big flatheads out of the holes all over Grand this week. Juggers are putting a killen on the cats right now, and shad, goldfish, and perch are the baits of choice. Limb lines are making some stellar catches this week with the water up in all the willows.

White bass- White bass are biting real well from Monkey Island to Big Hollow. There are a good number of the white bass being caught on jigging spoons in about 15 to 20 feet of water main lake points. There are more and more white bass starting to surface feed in the Duck creek and Horse creek areas.
