A state fishing license is all that's required starting this year, no lake permit is required.

There are electrical and water hook ups , showers , swim areas, and three boat ramps. The lake is stocked with large mouth bass, white bass, walleye, saugeye, crappie, wipers, channel catfish, and blue gill.. There are numerous fishing peers and shade trees. There is a nature trail on the upper end of lake.

The inside of the bait shop is done in red cedar from a saw mill in Arkansas with all kinds of animal mounts, and antiques. We have people come in just to look and shop, there is always some thing new every week.
