Well I'm here top let you know what is going on around here fishing wise. It was slow for a while but in the last week the fishing has picked up. They are getting some real nice crappie and a few walleye at the res. around the tower. The ice isn't very thick but if you are careful it will mean a nice mess of fish if you want to try. They are getting at the city lake also but I'm not real sure where at. They are being some what tight lipped about that. Haven't seen many bass but they be sort of staying away from the area most are fishing. We have seen some nice channel cats caught at the outlet at the res. In the last week or so. The best has been a 20 pounder caught on shad guts. But we have seen allot of smaller ones.
