Harvey County East Report by: Hunter's Bait Shop All the rain brought the lake up and is now about 2 foot above normal and muddy and going down. The water temp is around 49 degrees. Channel catfish have been fair with reports of up to 2.5 lbs on large minnows , blue gill , or gold fish. Some are having good luck on shad gizzards and shad sides . Crappie no report Largemouth bass no report White bass were being caught on chartreuse curly tails on 1/4 oz jigs. Spring break proved to be a raining cold week for the fishermen. Next week is looking like a good warm up . Harvey county west lake above normal due to the rain at 48 degrees, the little Arkansas river that runs thru the park is up and muddy. Few channel cats have been caught on live bait perch and large minnows mostly in the river. Few small crappie in the lake are being caught around submerged brush on jigs and minnows. All other species are slow
