Report by: Hunter's Bait Shop Water level at normal pool Channel catfish: good reports on worms , stink bait, and chicken liver fishing shallow Crappie: starting to pick up minnows or crappie nuggets (chartreuse) Fishing 3 to 5 feet deep around brush. Largemouth : slow not real aggressive on minnows but shallow Walleye : some good catches jigs with curly tail or minnows seen some up to 6 pounds Harvey County West lake Updated 04/01/05 Water level : normal Crappie : no report Largemouth : no report Channel catfish: fair worms or liver Flat head : fair 14 pounder caught on perch
