Well it's time to let you know what we have been told about the fish in this area. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Crappie--they are starting to come in pretty fasir at the city lake as of last night. At the res. They are still out a ways but they do get in the shallows in early morning and late evening. By all that is told to us they are hitting minnows by far better than jigs. But each person has a different outlook on that. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Walleye--the city lake has been giving up a few more than at the res. Along the dam at the city lake has been fair and at the res. Some are hitting on the flats. Minnows and crawlers are the food of choice for this fish this week. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Bass-----haven't heard to much on the bass except the white bass. At the city lake they are doing pretty good. The only other thing we have heard is the farm ponds are doing well. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Catfish--the channels are real active and the flatheads are starting to move good. They are releasing a good amount of water out of the Res. So the fishing at the outlet has been real good. They have been catching allot of channels and a few smaller flatheads. We have seen several in the 20 pound range. We are open 7 days a week and have a full line of bait and tackle for your fishing needs. We also have the city permits for fishing and for your boat. Plus we have the state license. For fishing.
